Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment at no charge if done so at least one day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 60% of the service price (plus GST).

To ensure efficient service for all our valued clients, we kindly request credit card information upon booking to secure your appointment. Regrettably, appointments cannot be secured without this information.
