Cancellation Policy
– You can cancel your appointments with no charge if made one day (24 hours) prior to the appointment.
– Any cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the appointment are subject to a Cancellation fee of 60% of the service price (plus GST).
No Show Policy
– Failure to attend appointment without notice is subject to a “No-Show” fee of 60% of the service price (plus GST).
